Water Filter of Heating System Project Overview
This project (Automatic Cleaning Water Filter) is to recover the waste heat of the carbon plant for central heating of cities and towns.
The return water of the heating pipe network is first heated by the condenser, then by the peak heater in the plant, and then by the municipal heating pipe network for external heating. However, the urban heating heating pipe network system is huge, the pipeline is complex, the quality of the heating return water drops significantly, and even there are sediment and other debris, which cause damage to the heating equipment, blockage of the heat exchanger, and seriously affect the heating safety A filter is installed on each branch pipe to purify the heating water quality.
Water Quality Requirements of Pipe Network
According to the Code for Design of Urban Heating Pipe Network (CJJ34 - 2010), the water quality of pipe network make-up shall meet the following requirements:
[Oil]: ≤ 2mg/L
[Turbidity]: ≤ 5mg/L
[Hardness]: ≤ 0.6mmoL/L
[Dissolved oxygen]: ≤ 0.1mgL
[CL content]:<25ppm
[Equipment PH (25 ℃)]: 7-11
In order to ensure that the water quality of the pipe network meets the standard and other equipment operates normally, Automatic Cleaning Water Filter are set in the initial station and the pressurizing station.
Decontamination Principle of Automatic Cleaning Water Filter
The Automatic Cleaning Water Filter has the function of filtering raw water and automatically cleaning and blowdown the filter element, and the system provides uninterrupted water supply during cleaning and blowdown.
Set the filtering time on the timer. When the filtering time is up, start the blowdown. At the same time, the control system will compare the system differential pressure with the user set differential pressure in real time. When the system differential pressure reaches the set differential pressure, the filter will also be cleaned and blowdown.
When the blowdown time is up, the cleaning shall be stopped, and the system shall be restored to its initial state to prepare for the next filtering process, so as to ensure that the impurities in the pipe network water are removed regularly.
Function of Automatic Cleaning Water Filter in Heat Supply Pipeline
The Automatic Cleaning Water Filter has a PLC remote control program, which can feed back the operation of the equipment in real time, automatically monitor the linkage with the pipe network, and automatically flush the sewage, greatly improving the work efficiency, reducing the labor cost, and improving the reliability and safety of the pipe network and equipment operation.
The introduction of waste heat from carbon plants for central heating is an effective measure to save energy, reduce urban energy consumption, improve urban environmental quality and improve people's living standards.
