The entire maintenance process is relatively complicated. There are many details that need to be paid special attention in the process of daily maintenance of the large flow water filter element: 

①The first is the O-ring. The O-ring is the first step in maintenance. After confirming that there is no problem with it, check other aspects;

②Clean the filter element, then seal it, and place it in the sealing groove stably after confirming the complete seal;

③ Put the O-ring into the process liquid to make it soaked;

④Remove the packaging bag and place it in a remote place, then seal the head tightly, and tighten and hold down the lifting ring on the bolt;

⑤ Open all air release valves for easy maintenance;

⑥ Pour the liquid into the casing, let the liquid enter from the inlet valve and flow out from the air release valve, then close the air release valve, and gradually open the outlet valves, and then open all the inlet valves;

⑦ Clean the high-flow filter element by flow rate, and the cleaning time is concentrated within 10 minutes;

⑧In the process of monitoring the operation of the high-flow water filter element, the main thing to pay attention to is the pressure difference. When the pressure difference is found to be greater than 0.15mpa, it will mainly cause the flow to be attenuated. At this time, it is largely because the filter element is blocked. , we need to take out the filter element for replacement, if the blockage is not too serious, it can be cleaned.
